Sonic CinePlayer and DVD decoder pack

Microsoft's support page recommends this product for dvd viewing in WMP but there are no instructions on how to add the plug-in. Sonic's decoder pack has only one .dll file and WMP won't let me add it as a video DSP plug-in. Help, please?
