How does the referral system work?

Do I get paid for just getting members or for what they do on mylot too? How much will I recieve per referral? And how do I GET referrals? I have a very narrow social circle. :(

Yes you get paid equavalent of 25% of what the referral makes. I would suggest reading referrals section under mylot guidelines. Also, if you have other websites post your referral url there. I have a blog page about mylot on my myspace page.
