Is your life in a rut or a groove?

Most of us have a pattern, a rhythm to our lives. Some people aren't content, or have some other type of objection to their life's pattern and call it being in a rut. My life pattern is very comfortable for me, I do things I really enjoy, I am very content with what I have,-----I see my life as more of a groove. Interruptions in the flow are hard-----we are planning a several week trip. While I am looking forward to seeing people and places far from home, a part of me is regretting that I will be out of my 'space' and I will be living, eating, sleeping in patterns not of my choosing. So-------are you in a rut or a groove?????
