I'm sorry, but I'll have to disagree. Even though, compared to the other movies in George A Romero series, yes it wasn't that succesful. But still, I think they managed to do something good, at least in the FX, which is much better (of course, bigger budget means greater FX :D ). Yes, the plot should've been worked better, and the story had a lacking ending, but it's not that horrid as it seems. Still a good movie to rent, and watch it with your friends or family ;)

I have to disagree with you. I didn't think it "blew chunks"! It wasn't the greatest but it wasn't that bad. There were good f/x. Some plot holes, but not too bad.

For me it's still quite a good movie. Yup all of Romero's earlier films in the series are more edible when it comes to plot and movie-execution. But I think it passed for becoming an interim film, a movie that's just fine if there's no signs of an upcoming mega-movie in the horizon. I still enjoyed watching it although I don't expect great shocking performances or any other uplifting expectations. It just would complete one of my nights in case I decided to watch some horror movie or a string of movies for a marathon movie fiesta night. ^^,
