in our country-China,it seems that it is harder and harder for graduating students to find a job.because most employers ask experience, but it is almost impossible for graduating students to have work experience, because when in university, they spend most of their time in studying.but confronted with these employers' requests, what can graduating students do?maybe they can take part-time in weekends ,but it is not work experience what is said above.today's difficulty of hunting jobs makes many graduating students doubt whether it is useful to enter university and spend so much money.
it is our now condition,I do not know if it is the same in all countries, but the condition we much take some steps to change it.but it is up to whom?

I accept that it seems it'll be difficult for a graduated students to find a good job here. Our country has suffered over population.
So I think you need to make your resume perfect and show all your abilities. If you have various certificates, it'll be an advantage. If you are good at English, usually it'll be easier.
I understand that it makes no sense when I read the job recruitments from the newspaper. For example, the employers always want to find a girl who is graduated from a famous university. She has working experience, and usually she is no more than 24 years old. She is hard working. Most of the time they need you to suffer the high working pressure. But the salary they offer are usually lower than all the above requirements. In brief, they need a high-tech working machine and don't have to pay much.

In fact, most of work will be mastered in 2 monthes. But,all the companies pleed you are a novice graduating from the hight school just now ,then they could pay you less wage than the experiencer they think.
There're an old prase :"Businessmen are all dishonest."
So,don't worry about the future. After you working several monthes, you could find a good job you though. And ,that time, you have the competency to ask for high reward.
We should believ that :Of gold ,it can brigt every where.
