what natural food must take to relieve pain,irritation during menstrual cramps?

I have my dysmenhorea often times during my period arrives. and the most things which i hate most is i feel really sick from pain. start from my abdomen down to my lower legs .before i experienced to colapsed but now its not happened anymore,the doctor inject me valium to make me relax only once in year 2002,doctor wont allowed me anymore but never ask about him .is there somebody out there knows the reason why?whats the reason why my pain is very severe, what is the causes? and sometimes i got fever during the ist day arrival of it.whole of my body was aching,very terrible pain.i feel so irritated and i hate every people i see.i stop using pain reliever ,juz dont like to be dependent to drugs.what is the best food i must take during the days of my period?

You can have parched rice for reducing the pain.

hahaha.i eat a lot rice ..nothing works. ooh parched rice thats too strange for me if i try that i mean i dnt think that would work for me but anyway thank u...guess maybe parched peanut ..hehehe...c",)

The best medicine is honey in warm water. And adding ginger to your food would relieve you from pain because ginger has a characteristic of strengthening the uterus. I have tried this out and this is like GOD to me during my periods..
