I was wondering what you do to keep your blood built up. What do you do when you feel bad and you feel things going numb? I know someone that has this problem and yesterday I noticed that the legs were turning blue after massaging got the blood flowing but they hurt all over I told them they need to get something to get the blood built up that it is too thin. I told them do not take any aspirin for it thins the blood.

I have very poor circulations but it is not the blood that is the problem but the veins that carry it.
I got told when going on a long haul flight I should take an aspirin in order to thin the blood os that there is not such a built up of it on the journey.
When standing for long perionds of times my legs go blothches of blue and pink but the majority of it is just superficaial. Thank goodness.
I am only 23 though and am going to see my specialist again on Friday and am worried that he may advise surgery as to avoid problems in eyars to come.
I find that support stocking are very effective as they keep the veins in check.

I suffer poor circulation whenever I sit on floor with two legs fold or I have uncomfortable bus journey. I feel pain, swelling legs, cold hands, feet tired and aching feet. It's an artery disease due to poor intake of vitamins. I read somewhere that it may lead to heart disease.
For instant relief I apply my grandma's therapy just pressing my toe, of course it not worked always. Capsicum powder with ginger helps me better for circulation.
