| |  I must admit..I am an Apple fan. I like their products. What convinced me to go to Apple was their support and service. The best I have ever seen for any product.
I have never had a problem with my iPod, but I know people who have and they have fixed or replaced them on the spot.
Overall, as a company..their integrity level is very impressive...they stand behind their products before AND after they sell them.
