Has Anyone Ever Purchased Anything From Ebay Express?

I have often been to ebay express to look at different products and I know that some of the things are used, but are all of them used? What makes this site different from ebay? There are some really good deals on things like Bath and Body Works combos and things like that, but I do not fully understand it. Can anyone explain it to me?

The different between ebay and ebay express is. In ebay express you can only find item that is new, where the seller is registered as business seller. And you can only do buy it now option so no bidding. And also with ebay express you will at least have the option to return the item you buy within 7 days....xx
