When I was little, Superman was my favorite. A few years ago I watched Armageddon and I like it quite a lot. It's a very moving. I was tearful at the end of this movie.

I guess I categorize movies differently. Superman would be "superheros", Armageddon would be "Disaster Flixs". For me, sci fi would be space orientated, or futuristic themed. In that light, I've always been a fan of Gattica or Planet of the Apes.

In retrospect, you are probably right. But I grew up with the original, so I guess it has more sentimental value.

My all time favourite must be the Star Wars movies and second to that all the Trekkie movies. Star Trek. I used to watch them all since I was a kid up until this age. I grew up with both Star Wars and Star Trek. I liked the costumes of the Jedi in Star Wars, don't they look like men in Han Fu lol? Some say George Lucas got the idea of the costumes from Zen Masters and Sufis..as they dress quite similar lol. I think I am so lonely at the moment that I would not mind becoming a Jedi MYSELF, saving all my friends on Mylot from 0 responses lol.
