these days I have been stressed. one of my workmate always said some of bad words about my job which had nothing to do with him. I am a new comer, so I always have a lot of questions to ask my guider,But he said that affected his mood.what should i do?

I think the best thing to do is sit down with this person and explain to them that seeing as you are new you need to be guided by them and that you want to try hard and do the best you can. Make sure show you are interested and keen to do well...I hoe things work out for you as it is important to be happy in your job..good luck
