I don't get that "GO" in inverted commas, any inner meaning,I don't know.Getting adequate sleep is necessary to keep a good health, good memory and good work

I totally agree with the saying. For many years I strictly adhere to sleeping at 10-10.30pm, waking up at about 6.30am for work.
Sleep is neccessary to recharge our body after a day's of activities.
But nowadays, there are simply too many distractions, and my bedtime had shifted to about 12 midnight, and still wake up as usual time the next morning for work.
I know it's not so good for my health, but what to do? Mylot is so addictive!

I don't follow a strict time table for sleeping. Some nights I plan on going to bed early and it doesn't work out. Some nights I plan on staying up late and I fall asleep much earlier than anticipated. My sleep schedule is not too consistent. Maybe once I find a job again that will change some.

It may be good for me, but I cannot force myself to sleep if I am not tired. I also have no real reason to go to bed so early!
