dispose properly or toss litter anywhere!?

Its a usual thing to see litter everywhere, big or small stuffs placed in places where they arent supposed to be. Some places has few disposal bin/can/bag that can be found. Sometimes people tend to not care anymore on the proper disposal of their garbage/rubbish especially when nobody sees them or when they know that some body would clean it up later on. Some travellers sometimes just toss out their rubbish/garbage out of the car window. This are happening in land or in the water. I know some people wouldnt be honest if I ask them if they dispose their rubbish/garbage properly coz they would say yes! so I would just ask if you have seen somebody leave their waste somewhere or seen some garbage/rubbish lying around? What did you do?...did you pick it up and disposed it properly? What would you do if you see somebody littering, would you talk to him and ask that person to throw dispose it properly? Please share your views.

first of all if the person is cought doing this kind of stuff he/she will be fined by our respective mc. and if any one see this kind of things he can report it to th mc. they will take care of it. i wont say i will go on searching litters to dispose it as i hate these stuff. what i do is have an allmighty shout at the person who throws litters of there dog and cats around my house. due to these all reason i dont have any pets in my house.
although there are no garbage box in our colony but every day the mc sends a truck to collet garbage.

im also an anti-litter person. when i see trashes around, i would pick it up and throw it in its properly place, that is, the trash can. litters are not pleasant to the eyes.. during school days, we were taught of disposing trashes properly...i just hope everyone else is concious enough about how they should properly dispose their garbages like we do.
