STARS' IN THE RATING.- How to get.

How do Stars appear here in mylot. Becoz i see some stars in green, red, blue yellow etc, with numbers from One to Ten.
1)How can one achieve this?
2)Also, is the bucks earned by the persons having star ratings is greater or equal to others?
3) Are there any special priveleges given to them in making a post?

Okay, you see the (-,+,?) on the side when you post a discussion or reply to one the othermembers who take the time, will rate you using the(). After you reach 100 post you will be able to see your rating by the star. The money you earn is just the same, the more you post the higher you get.

Stars are shown once you get to 100 posts. The numbers inside the stars (and hence the star colors) are based on the ratings that you are given by other MyLot participants. Some extra "perks" are given once you reach certain levels (i.e. numver of posts). For instance, once you reach 500 posts you can paste material from other sources into your posts.
