Are you a "builder-upper" or a "puller downer"?

One thing God has put us here on this earth for is to encourage one another. I would like to say that I am a builder-upper when it comes to always encouraging others, but I have faults, LOL, I guess I am guilty of pulling down others at times too. I want to be more of a builer-upper (an encourager) but I am not always. What are you?

My goal is to be a builder-upper. I know how it feel to be put down and I dont' like the feeling. So I am going to try to remember how it feels and make sure I build others up. Thanks for responding.

I think I am more of a "builder-upper" - I like to encourage and take a positive approach to everything I do. At times I do discourage others because they tick me off LOL and say things that are down grading and negative, so I kinda rub off the same way back at them (not often though!).

It is contagious isn't it? Someone is in bad mood or always talking negative, it seems to rub of on me. I don't like that at all. I try to say something positive but it doesn't always work that way. Thanks for posting.

I try to be more of a builder upper, and try to help people out or find out information they need. Just yesterday, a co-worker has been going through a hard time with her brain injured son, so I got on the internet and looked up a few places for her to contact. And also gave her information about My Power Mall. So I try to do things like that to encourage People. But I too am guilty of pulling people down on occassion.

God bless you for being an encourager to your co-worker. We all need to be more encouraging. Thanks for sharing this. God bless you and thanks for posting.
