Ginger  | |  I have a Dachshound and her name is Ginger. Our friends found her in the streets and they took her in we fell in love with her and since they are in the navy they had to move and they gave her to us. She is the most loving dog i cannot see why she was ever let to wander the streets. Do you have any stories about your dachshound?

I got her from a friend that is a dog groomer, she had to move in with her mother and her mother had 2 dogs already. My friend the dog groomer found a pillow case in the middle of the road with 4 Dachshund puppies inside. She managed to save them and find homes for all of them and l ended up with Gypsy. People just don't think enough before they get a pet,and then find out its not for them once they realize the responsibility. Then abandon them thinking someone will find them and give them a home.
