| | | | | | | | 1.  magica (3530) | 1 year ago |  I spent a lot of time online and i wear glasses with hight diopter, so i have almost constant headache. I dont take pills. Just a little rest on dark place, some washing my eyes with cold water and probably massage with essential oil of my forehead.

| | | 2. a_ce_e (1159) | 1 year ago |  I take paracetamol to aid my headache. Most of the time i use biogesic and it feels effective for me. Then after taking medicine, i take some hot soup and it helps me to get rid of my headache so fast.

KNowing and identifying the factor that causes the headache can help for better management..In my case i noticed that wheni sit infront of the computer for a long time it causes me headache. So i'm avoiding it to get rid of the pain...
