Has anyone tried "sisig"?

Sisig is a famous food here in the Philippines. It is made up of finely chopped pig's face, nose and ears, and sometimes added with finely chopped liver as well. It is served sizzling on a hot cast iron plate.
See the picture attached. It doesn't look really bad. It tasted good too. It is a little "cartillageous", but tastes wonderful!
Have you/will you eat this?

Yes and I really love it. Sisig is one of my favorites. And one of the bests sisig i tried was way back in bacolod and not that really expensive here in manila i can vouch for the sisig of aiceys here in libis quezon city near in mah office, try it and you'll never forget it... yummmmyyyy....

yes, i have tried eating sisig because i am a filipino. :) i really like it and its one of my favorite food to order when we are eating out. but, i have recently decided to stop eating meat and become a semi-vegetarian for a healthy living. im glad i was able to taste sisig though. :) so delicious. :)

That sounds so bizzare! I love pork so I would give it a try! I'm not sure where I would even begin to try finding the ingredients for this one!!!!

I love sisig! I can eat it everyday! I tried all sorts of sisig from everywhere but my favorite would be the no-liver ones and fried until it's super crispy. Then I would add eggs and onions, put hot sauce and some Knorr seasoning. Yum yum! =9
