I need someone from Thailand

Ok I used to work at a salon that was across from a Thai restaurant. There was a dish there that I loved (of course at the moment I don't remember the name). Here's the problem- I looked and looked all over the internet for the recipe to this dish and NO luck. The recipes attached to the name I had from the menu were not what I was eating. I would be thrilled if someone - from Thailand or not - could help me... The dish had chicken, loads of onions, garlic, red pepper flakes and lots of black pepper.

Thanks for the link. Sadly the recipe isn't there. I have looked online but no luck finding it. I don't have it handy but the name of the dish on the menu doesn't get me a recipe even close!

Is there any other specifics you can give me? My sister-in-law is from Thailand and I can probably find out from her what it's called and or how to make it.

Hi, Im not thai, I am cambodian. Thai and cambodian food are very similar. So, can you tell me something about this food. Is that fry, steam or soup? Does the chicken whole or half? You were saying loads of onions, you mean do they slice them or just put there?... Let me know and I will find out what kind of food is that.
