or do you write a "to do list" on paper and follow that each day? or do you use a calender or word document online and keep track of appointments and upcoming events?
I tend to keep a small pocket diary in my bag which I carry around with me all the time. I mark important dates and record appointments and scribble down things that I need to do that day (in short form as the spaces are not that big). I also use an online calendar to track bills and note when payments are due. How about you?

I do use my handphone to track my own appointments and upcoming events I will be participating. I do not keep to-do lists as I do not allow myself to be ruled by 'to-do' lists. If there is any important errands that I need to do and in case I forget, I set an alarm in my handphone. Is it considered using smartphone?

I have long stopped using all of the above you mentioned. My daily life and works are literally a routine already. I just put everything in my memory. Except for some special occasion, I penciled some notes on my calendar. I am leading a very busy lifestyle. I don't even have enough time to log in at mylot.
