Has Episode 22 of "Lost" season 3 come to us?

hi, I wanna ask for some information about "Lost" season 3.
Yesterday,I watched Episode 21 which I downloaded it from a site. but I am not in USA, so I don't know if it is the newest episode. has episode 22 come out?
The story moves on so slowly in this season! Really tired of the seven days' waiting!
Any friends from USA can give me some information? thanks a lot!!

i've watched episode 22 and 23 of "Lost" season 3 last weekend,and the new season will come in next spring,2008.
it's a long time to wait,er.
but i am confused about the information in episode 23,it's so weird.and i really wanna know whether or not they leave the fantastic island finally and what is the ending.
