I belive the Da Vinci Code

The book and the movie are fictional. They are meant to be entertainment. There are any number of sites you can google that demonstrate the historical, linguistic and mathematical shortcomings of the code. It is not considered credible in any academic circles, including theology.

I've watched the movie and also watch the making of the movie.If I'm not mistaken all the places that shown in the movies really exist.For example the old building and the church.The paintings on the walls I'm not so sure about it's originality.

The book and film are mostly fiction,but a good story. There has been much speculation and controversy over subjects covered in the book. The portrayal of Opus Dei, in particular was fictional.

about rennes le chateau, i watched a documentary made by nat. geo., it discusses the eccentricities of the place, it would certainly amaze you the first time you see it. there are also some other places that bear similar traits, but still, it doesn't change the fact that the da vinci code is still fiction, based on some historical facts tied together to form a good story. i think it's kind of like a connect the dots sort of deal, dan brown read the book (holy blood, holy grail was its title i think) and then, adapted what he learned from the concept of that book, plus findings from his own research, then tied them together in a convincing fashion into the bestseller juggernaut that it is today.

i read the book and that itself convinced that the whole plot is true and valid.........

the book and the film are entertainment first and formost. They are based on various controversial historical threads which come from different periods in history. If you put them together in certain ways you get the theory behind Browns work, or should I say from the numerous scholars who have proposed such ideas over the last 2000 years (he is hardly the first just the most popular). There are however many other ways to interperet these facts. Read the source material and make your own minds up.

Dan Brown is a Remake the idea of the book is Copied by Dan Brown from a book that is not a English.

The Documentaries are all myths... there are so many secretes around the bible the right thing is the Heads of the religion have secretes that cannot be revealed but its not related to Da Vinci Code movie exploitations.

Since it has been established as a work of fiction, majority of it I don't believe. However there are some facts that could be real but of course I really don't just accept them right away. I just let it entertain me.

If you want to know the real thing, you have to go beyond mylot. Beyond the Bible itself...

Make an effort. Take a serious study.

You belive so? what has it done to you? what has it done to your faith? I'm a roman catholic and i've seen the movie too.I won't deny that it's really close to believable. Just close. However, I've lived my life for years having faith that i have right now and i guess that movie or book, a mere piece of human creativity cannot change my personal relationship with my God.
