Do you like sushi ?

Sushi is a Japanese cuisine.it is a food made of vinegared rice combined with seafood.. many people dislike it but my hubby likes it a lot. i am a vegetarian so i have no idea of the taste but i know that it must be tasting good because my hubby is very very choosy in eating something. Most , but not all, fish used in sushi is uncooked, but other ingredients may be cooked, blanched, sauted or marinated. there are a different variety of sushi available as a dish.

I adore sushi! All kinds too, sashimi, maki, nigiri. We often make maki ourselves, it's pretty easy. I usually like it with pickled radish, it's very tasty.

I am a big sushi guy, too. I love all kinds, from the raw to the cooked, from the eel to the mackerel and the tuna, to the fish eggs. There is something about sushi that is always good to me. Plus, the idea of wasabi and soy sauce always makes my mouth water... too good.

I like sushi when it is well done. I don't like the strong smell of sea weed. But I noticed that some restaurants make it so well that you don't smell that too much and in that case I love it! Too bad it's not easy to make it at home.
