What's your secret for landing your dream job?

I have to ask because since relocating I just can't seem to find the right job with the right company. I realize I shot myself in the foot to live my dream of being in the country but I did not expect employment to be such a difficult task here. I have paid jobsby fax, resume rabbit and worktree to help me in my search and I'm still no better off than before I spent the money. I would love to hear how you got what you wanted and what it took to help you be successful!
