Why did my star became 4 right away from 9? I hope that we guys would help each other and not have this "crab mentality" I'm getting tired of all my problems as it is!

It is not anything anyone has done to you. All the stars have dropped, it is a glitch with mylot and they are aware of it and said they are working on it. I went from a 10 to a 5 within seconds.
