Doesn't matter if they lie or not. All blood that is donated is tested. Gays are not the only ones that are not allowed to give blood. So are people that have lived in a foreign country for so many months. Depending on where you lived you may give blood once again after so much time has passed. If you have ever given blood then you know that they have you fill out a mile long questionare that some people wonder why all the questions. Aids isn't the only disease passed on thru the blood.
