which one is easy to get a job , one with skills or one with high degree ?

sally in India if u need to get a high salary job then u need to be high skilled and high degree. some times it happens that highly skilled people do not know the write way to work and the knowledge. and sometimes it happens that high degree workers know ever thing but fail to execute their plans. i am a football fan so i would like to see it in terms of good and bad player. think if c.ronaldo is only skillful but not quick enough then do u think he would be as effective as he is. on the other hand if he has a amazing pace but no skill do u think he would be able to exicute the goal. i think u need to be skillful and highly qualified as well.

i think the most common for now is you must have high degree because its their first requirement needed.In my country even if you have skills if you are not qualified in their needing they dont accept ypu.

Good degree and skills are equally valued in here but these are secondary things as the most weight is given to high references and inside bribes :D, so rather have these than those high skills and excellent degrees as it wont you earn that much in here.
