bad days or good days

just wondering how many days are good or bad for you and can you deal with it with out getting upset

Some days are worse than others, right now most days are pretty bad but I try to find an element of the positive in every day. It doesn't have to be much, my lovely cat helps me a lot, looking at the flowers in the garden, even watching a rainbow can bring me back up again.

i think while ever the good days outweigh the bad you are ok, when the balence tips the other way its time to go get a mothers little helper blessed be
