how did he manage it all? despite the hardship in life?

i mean from nothing to everything...and he even manage to help his countrymen here in china and help many poor people from other countries... what i mean is in real life its really hard to be successful we really have to work very very hard, and one more thing the fact that we cant deny we need source ex. money some say we don't need money to be successful its just need a hard work but i think we need a little.... so what i want to know how did Jacky manage it all? what do u think the characteristics that he have to obtain all this? and lastly do you think hard work and little money go together to become successful in life or to become jacky chan?
