Ample fruit are available in India to beat the summer heat and people buy water melon, oranges, lemons and stock them in their refridgerators to get it cooled so that they can enjoy when they need. Here in India all over one can see small vendors sell tender cocounut served fresh near road side to satisfy the thirst of people. It is the only the healthy drink available for cheap price. This coconut water has the power to reduce the body heat. Business people have introduced tender coconut water in the bottles.I hope this business trend will affect the living of this small vendors to a great extent. It is a better drink but serving it through bottles, i doubt it will not be a fresh one.It is always better, to drink this coconut water from the fresh fruit. Please share your thoughts...

Well friend, you are right. But then, few will prefer to get the packed one and few will go for the fresh ones. Actually it depends on the way of their thinking. In my case i will surely go for the fresh ones rather than the packed. I feel that none of the packed ones can be as equal to that of the fresh ones. We see in front of us the coconut being served whereas in the packes ones, we dont know what are the things that are added along with the coconut water.

I've never been to India and I've never tried coconut water. It sounds absolutely delicious! I hope they'll be able to import it to America. It's getting really hot over here! I also hope that if they process the water they'll try to keep it fresh and not to over process it with chemicals and addiditves.

No man made packaging can retain the taste of an original tender coconut. Besides why should one buy a processed coconut water when the original is available in plenty? But you never know... Wasn't packaged drinking water (like Bisleri) an unknown product till around a decade ago? Today we can't do without one.
