Sucralose - YUCK!!!!

I bought a 12-pack of the store brand of dr pepper and wondered why it tasted so yucky. Looked at the ingredients to see that they sweetened it with and it is sucralose. I cannot stand the taste of sucralose or any of the other artificial sweetners. Leaves a *bad* taste in my mouth.
I sure wish these manufacturers wouldn't go this route. It tastes bad enough to me that if all of them started doing this I would quit drinking pop.
Anyone else have this problem? What are your thoughts on it?

It is a shame to find out after you have bought 12 cans. What you could try is mixing a can either with lemonade or cordial to make it drinkable, I love orange and coke so it is worth trying, at least it is better than wasting it or drinking it and not enjoying it.

That's a good idea? My hubby doesn't like the taste of sucralose either. Aspartame is another one neither of us likes. It doesn't seem to bother our son though? Appreciate the tip - thanks!
