How long does it take for you to get ready for a date??

It would take me about an hour and a half.. Some of my girlfriends take the whole day just to get ready! They'll need to shop for something to wear, get their hair done at the salon, get a manicure, the works!! Everything is planned out.. I, on the other hand use most of my time to get my makeup just right. It won't take forever for me to get ready.. How about you??

I take a long time to get ready for date. Generally I take a long time bathing. Then I let my hair air dry. Now that takes a lot of time. After that I spend some time to put some make up. I don't take much time on that specifically. It takes about 5 minutes only. But I spend good time to tie my hair. It takes almost 10-15 minutes. So together all these, including dressing up takes me about 1 hour completely.

woww.. 10-15 minutes just to tie your hair? that's really interesting.. i wonder how you do it! I think that an hour is sufficient to get ready for a date. some people i know may take more than that.. it usually takes 1-2 hours for me.. thanks for your reply~!

Good for you! I can take atleast a half day to prepare for a date. Actually the longest part of my preparation is choosing what clothes to wear. I don't go too far as to buy clothes from the department stores and go to a salon for hair dry or a mani and pedi just to look good because when the date ends, it's still a matter of personality and the similarities you have. Beauty really comes from within.

you're totally right~! personality is what matters in a date.. but of course first impressions matter as well.. i guess i just don't like the anxiety of preparing for a date.. the feeling of butterflies in my stomach is very nerve wrecking. i guess that's why i keep it simple, just to get it over with! =D
