I am in awe at all the technology to assist homebuyers, homesellers, real estate professionals and others. Here is a useful tool. When i am driving by a home, or walking the neighborhood, and see a home I want to get real estate information about, I pull out my smartphone, text 46873, and input the property address, and in just seconds, I get useful real estate information on that property: estimated value, square footage, when the home was built, what was paid for it, and other useful data. I use this tool all the time. It works. Don't need to call someone, or do a internet search. The information is on your hand.
