Obtain Police certificate from China

I would like to ask if anyone knows how to get "Police Certificate" from China. I had read that it is one of requirement in applying for Canadian embassy once you had stayed from China more than six month. I need to get a copy of it. Apparently, i couldn't find anyone who can help me to furnish it. Please help.

Why not go to ask the police office? Maybe they can give you some idea. It sounds like they issue it.

Actually, i already ask my colleague to know the procedure. It seems that nobody knows how to get it. She called the public safety office, but say they were not issuing that kind. So, hard..
