Legal venue to bring lawsuit

In a wrongful death action due to defective scuba equipment where is the proper venue for the case. Federal court under Admiralty, Florida County court where coroner pronounced the death, or Florida County court where decedent purchased equipment and also resides. What is statute of limitations in proper venue.Thanks!
