What you will do if you see the Snake suddenly?  |

 You are passing by and suddenly you see a snake(Cobra) in front of you standing or crossing you.
What will be your immediate reaction? Will you frighten for a while or shout for help or stand still shiverring or killed the snake by yourself?
I know in Our country (India) if they see the cobra in their house or compound they will never killed him at first sight as in many part people treat/think Cobra snake as the God. This is their belief.
I want your opinion on this, what will be your reaction at first instant?

1.  teison2 (4596) | 1 year ago |  If I saw a Cobra I think it is very likely that I would pass out instantly! In my country, Norway, we only have one poisonous or dangerous snake. It's sting is about as bad as a wasp. Whenever I see one of those snakes I get really scared and I scream and jump backwards.

| trinidadvelasco (7679) | 1 year ago |  it is better that you stay calm and composed whenever you see a snake. if you have some silky cloth with you, offer it to him. you will notice that you can move slowly away from a snake without inviting any bad reaction from it if you will not panic. it is not wise to run away as fast as you can because you can never outrun it.

| 3. trinidadvelasco (7679) | 1 year ago | whenever i meet a cobra, i will stare at the snake and make no unnecessary movements. it is good that i am never fearful of snakes as i grew up with them around. what i will do next is, i will talk to the snake. i have been used to talk to snakes since i was a child. what i usually say is, 'oh, you are there, is there anything you need?' usually the snake will move away since it will not feel threatened. it may sound to untrue, but try this and you will see that this is very effective.
no, i do not believe that snakes are gods. but i will never harm snakes as they never harmed me. i have stepped on some before and none ever bit me at all. | |

4.  a_ce_e (1159) | 1 year ago |  Most animals harm human as they think we will harm them, so if ever i see a cobra in front of me I will not panic, although i am very scared of it, i don't think i can make any sound out of my troat to ask some help nor runaway as fast as i can. Snake move fast as it will reach you easily, so i think i will just take no action, stay on to the place where i am and pray.

Snakes do not bite any person unless they are disturbed. They eat insects etc, some non poisonous snakes eat frogs as their natural food. Snakes are a beautiful creature.
If I see a cobrra, I shall try to keep steady, no movements, I am sure it will go away. Why should you kill them, what harm they deed? Thanks.

so what i will do i will keep quite and step back slowly and run away from there lol .......

I might i(if I could find a branch or other object) try to capture the snake just to look at it before I returned it to the wild. Snake are more afraid of humans that we are of them. | |
