Here's a poem by a girl named Sharon, don't know her last name. But I think it's a meaningful way to remind us of the importance of getting a Mammogram. I remember that they really went flat, I try and forget about that. Then I remember it's for the best, So I go and get the test. It just takes a little time, To check out those boobs of yours and mine to make sure everything is fine. Self checking just once a month is all it takes, With a peace of mind, what a difference it makes. Remember to click daily to fund free mammograms for those less fortunate. http://thebreastcancersite.com

You're welcome my friend. Please share this with the women in your life. Friends, siblings and co-workers. Mammograms are very instrumental in detecting cancer in it's earliest stage.

That was a good poem and a good warning. You have also given a site for those who need it. But this poem is not for me. That is because I am male. But we must all taken precautions against cancer. I do exercises and have a strict diet. I also take a medical test at least once in two year. I took the last one a few months back and everything was normal.
