Tea or Coffee?

Hi! What do you like? Tea or Coffee? Do U know that 40% of caffine stay inside our body and it goes to our brain. 60% of caffine is just rejected from our body with urine. One of my friend is doing research on this. But when U like coffee and when tea? I like coffee but some times tea is more enjoyable than coffee. I feel like I enjoy coffee when I am alone. I dont know why but If I go somewhare alone may be closer or faraway, simply in marketing Mall or for any conference tour, If I am alone, I sit back for a few minutes and relax with coffee. But if I am in family then I prefer tea. tea has many antioxidant properties and specially herbal/green tea. So its better to have some tea may be once in a day which boost up your skin/glamour.
