Quad Bikes

I have for sons and three of them have bought serious racing Quad Bikes! Are they as dangerous as everybody makes out or is it the nut behind the steering wheel that is dangerous.?? I read somewhere that Quadbiking is the most dangerous sport in the world---is this true??? Am I worrying for nothing???

my friend has one and he has never had an accident- my husbands cousins have 2 and they are all okay-I think if you monitor your sons and let them know what they can and can't do they should be fine.
