How with some bags of chips you get a whole lot more chips than with others in the same size? Take Doritos and Lays for example. Open a bag of lays and all the chips settle to the bottom 3rd of the bag. Take a bag of doritos and open them and you have 3/4 of a bag of chips. Now I know these bags are filled using a regulated amount for volume but it just seems to me that you get more bang for your buck with Doritos. What are your thoughts?

My thoughts are that you must have been really bored to consider this quandary. But now that you have mentioned it to me, it's on MY mind. : )

I agree- I'm not sure why- it must have something to do with physics- or you know what- Lays chips are less sturdy so they tend to crumble up-- Most Doritos are coarse and they do not get all broken up- and then they fill out the bag more- I do hate opening a bag of chips and thinking OMG- they are already half gone! lol
