We've made taboli for tomorrow  |

 I love taboli. I really prefer to go eat it out, but hey, its so much cheaper to make it!
And its so yummy.
I first discovered taboli when I was trying to find stuff to make with amaranth, a new world grain. I learned that I had problems with amaranth, but I also discoved that I just loved taboli.
Bulgar wheat, tomatos, mint, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and water plus lots of spices I'm sure, we get our base out of a box that says add water, oil & tomatos. My favorite resturant also adds raisins.

It is so nice to have the spices packets for these exotic dishes because then you have the authentic flavour. Maybe you can add some raisins too when you cook that dish.
We have some nice couscous mixes here, too.
