1.  emeraldisle (8978) | 3 years ago |  He wasn't arrested for the murder of Lionel Luthor but for Lana Luthor. Remember her car blew up while she was supposedly in it (I don't think she was). So he was arrested for it. I'm sure next season it will show he didn't do it at all.
