When Im really tired, I go and sleep, plain and simple, I dont go looking for an upper or a booster. If Im feeling tired during the day and know I shouldnt be feeling like this then maybe I will take a shower and a cup of coffee...

I've tried drinks like moonster and gogirl and stuff, and they really get you going. the crash down from them is a little tough though. If you drink too many throughout the day, you'll sleep with your eyes open!

I am a BIG fan of red bull. and it's weird, the taste is awful to begin with, but after awhile, it grows on you! But it's only got as much caffeine in it as one cup of coffee, and for those of you watching intake, you can get sugarfree, which has basically no carbs, calories, etc etc. My wife makes me drink those. LOL Baths make me even more tired!!

Those things only work for a quick boost of energy and are loaded with sugar most of the time.So no....they don't really work and coffee is really not that great either.Try drinking a big glass of water several times a day and eat frequent small meals to keep your blood sugar up and you won't get that mid day slump anymore. This works better than anything I have ever tried before.

I'm trying to cut down on my coffee intake to two cups a day, which is hard to do when one is as hooked on it as I am. lol So, when I get tired, instead of reaching for another mug of coffee, I sometimes drink yerba mate. It wakes me up gently without the harsh and sudden jolt awakening of coffee. I also mix a powdered green food mix with water. It tastes a bit greeny (pun intended), but not too bad. It has spirulina and other greens in it. It gives me energy with a nutritional boost. I hope this helps.
