Here is a picture of my birdfeeder that I just got today. What do you think about it? The top part is plastic as the person as the bird store says it will last longer and it is a good starter for someone just getting into bird watching. It has four sides for birds to eat from so it should get a variety of different birds. I also got bird food that lots of birds will enjoy. Of course, I also got the squirrel prevention skirt for it. This was definitely a nice, early birthday present from my parents.

I was going to ask you in your other discussion if you got your birdfeeder yet but I forgot.lol. That looks like a nice feeder you got. Was it real expensive? I have never bought anything to keep the squirrels away. I just put vasoline on the pole. Then I buy those corn cob things for the squirrels.

The birdfeeder cost $68 by itself and also purchased the pole to put it up on as well as a skirt to keep the squirrels out. The bird food was about $5 though it was not a large bag. It is amazing what squirrels will do to get some birdfood. LOL

I got this birdfeeder at this store in Wilmington called Wild Bird Center. It is just a bird store and they had a lot to choose from with bird feeders and bird baths and other things. It was a neat little store. I hope that you get one too. I think it is best to get one through a bird only store so you can get advice from the people that work there about different things.

I would love to get one but there 's no place to put it but would love to get one when i go back home.I found out there's a new bird store that opened up where we are going. I am sure they would have nice ones plus they have layaways for any birds you want.isn't that cool!

Thats a very nice feeder, the birdies will be happy. I love to watch the birds. I throw bread out to them, mu grandson watches out the window while they eat. I can see them watching me throw the bread out to them. I also love to watch them take a bath, they are so cute.

i am glad that you like it. So far no birds have come by my birdfeeder or birdbath so I am a bit sad right now. I am also looking for something for the birdbath to help keep the water moving since the guy at the bird store says they like moving water. I have a lot of woods behind me and hear chirping but farther away.

It does look pretty good. I think it is almost just like the other birdfeeder that you have. Well, just enjoy them then.

Looks like you have yourself a nice bird feeder there. I keep meaning to get us one like that. I have the platform type bird feeder that attracts all kinds. My best buddies are the cardinals and all sorts of finches right now.
I don't have any bird houses as l haven't got that far into it yet.
Happy Bird Watching!
