How difficult is it to have friends when you travel a lot?

I am an only child whose parent works for a U.N. organization making it very difficult to have and keep friends because their parents also often gets relocated as fast as they establish in one city due to the nature of their parents' jobs in international organizations. Have you been in a similar situation?

I had not been in such situation but i do see if you travel places from places , it is gonna be very hard to make true friends yea .... prehaps you could ask your parents if you could stay at a countries or not ... or else it might affect your future without any friends
