Should there be a law on serving alcohol to a pregnant woman?

I really think there should be a law against drinking and smokeing while pregant. I use to smoke before I got pregant and the second I found out I was pregant I put them down and never looked back. I still do not smoke to this day. My sons health is more important to me than some nictione fix.

I never had a baby yet but I wouldnt' drink if I was pregnant . I don't see the point in drinking anyway and wouldn't want to hurt my baby if I ever decided to have one . I think babies are cute and woudn't want to think that I hurt mine because of something stupid that I did . I don't think they should give pregnatn woman anything to drink . If they want to drink then tehy can wait til there baby is born or they should not be pregnatn if this is what they want to do all the time .

i dont think pregnant woman should be able to drink. it would be different if the woman didnt know she was pregnant but if you know you are pregnant you shouldnt be able to buy liqour and they shouldnt give it to you either.
