Anyone heard of Dr Nicholas Perricones health books

Ive just bought one of Dr Nicholas Perricones health books. Its about what you eat and anti aging and diet and a lot of what he says seems to make sense. Has anyone on my lot done his programme or any of his health recomendations??

I did his Perricone Prescription diet for the anti-inflamation factors for my fibro, it did help some but I couldn't stay on it.
I would stay away from his anti-aging serums, vitamins etc that he sells.
One you can buy them much cheaper else where and two most didn't even have the recommended properties that he recommends in his book.
