Have you ever wanted something so bad that you keep dreaming about it?

You know our conscious always seeps into our subconscious, most of the times my dreams are weird and have nothing to do with what's been happening in my life, but these past few days, I guess I've been so fixated and so wanting to get an xbox 360 that now it's creeped into my dream world too.
Just last night, I dreamed that I was opening the box of the xbox 360 premium edition and everything was remarkably accurate, with the wires, the consoles, the controllers, and the headset for xbox live, glad to say no parts were missing there. Oh, and how happy I was! It was a great feeling.
Now, I just hope it's one of those dreams that actually come true.
So have you ever dreamed of something that you wanted so bad in real life?

I care to disagree actually.
But I'm not really talking about visualization, I don't do it voluntarily. I don't even talk about it during the day, but it's always in the back of my head, I gotta get myself a 360. And then the dreams just happen at night, I don't control them or anything.

Hello vega, they are one and the same. You don't need to call it by that name for it to be that thing. You can eat an apple and insist it is an orange but it will still be that rotten old apple.

Yeah, well, if it's visualization, then visualization it is, I'll be sure to tell you when the visual stops being the visual and becomes the physical.
I mean I'll tell you when I get my xbox 360. You know dreaming and visualization is not all that bad.

Wants and desires are a funny thing, sometimes you want things so badly you can "taste it" (I have always found that a funny phrase...after all if you wants a PSP so badly you could taste it.....um, what does a PSP taste like? Well, before you try and find out, after a brief stint of research I can let you know they taste like....plastic and metal!) and it sometimes seems to haunt you, invading your dreams and they seem to be everywhere you look too.
This happened to me when I first started in security and I really wanted a laptop PC so I could play games and do other stuff while I was at work...and it seemed people were taunting me as they seemed to all bring in laptops and stores seemed to be doing bargain packages and I did not have the money in time! Luckily I only had to wait 2 months and I'd saved enough to buy a top of the range laptop!
At the moment the thing I want so badly is a PS3, but there is no way that I'm going to get one until they down down in price...unless there is someone generous enough to buy me one for my birthday on Saturday!

I seriously doubt anyone will get me a PS3 for my birthday, I'm not that lucky! Mind you I know I'll be getting some stuff for my PSP, which is cool. I think I'm gonna start saving for my PS3 now..I have £70 toward it already, so if I save seriously, I'll have enough to get a system and a few games and odds and ends. Obviously, I'll let you know when I get it.
Thanks for the birthday greeting...I understand where you are coming from in regards to forgetting stuffs, brain farts are rife in my life!
Finally, I look forward to here you celebrating when you get your X360, I'm fairly sure I'll hears the shouts and screams of delight all the way over here in the UK!

Yeah, well, if only people gave great gifts like that.
Well, I'm really bad at saving, so you'll probably get your ps3 long before I get my 360. In fact I just spent the last of my money today on lunch with friends.
And oceans thirteen is showing, I don't know what to do...

Yeah, well, let's hope someone gets you the ps3 on your birthday and someone gets me a 360 just like that, because my birthday is a long time away.
That would be great right, why don't people ever give good gifts like that? Ha ha.
Oh, and when I get my 360, I will definitely start a discussion about it..
