that is reallya frequent question amongst new members . . if they really pay . . at first yeah when i found mylot i thought of the site where i could make money from and just suddenly i find it nice when people make comments on some of my discussions . . as long as your active youll really forget about the money and go after people commenting in your discussions or persons who shares the sane interests as you.

I normally respond to or comment on their discussions to somehow encourage them that their attempt to create interesting discussions is not futile. I feel that it's really quite re-assuring for a new member to know that someone appreciates what he or she has thought of and responding to his/her discussion is one sure way of showing such appreciation. I feel that doing such would, in turn, serve as a good welcome to any new member. I also try to inform new members of what myLot is truly about, especially when they create discussions that primarily seek to clarify what myLot is essentially about. I try to answer some of their queries to the best of my knowledge and if I could not provide sufficient answers to their questions any longer, I refer them to the myLot FAQs section so as to enlighten them more. I do this because I know what it feels like to be a new member of myLot, who is quite confused and who doesn't really know what he's gotten himself into. I feel that by doing such, I'm just repaying the kindness of those who welcomed me here in myLot when I was still new and, in a way, I'm paying it forward. If only all myLotters would try to do the same, I feel that many new myLot members would feel a quiet sense of belongingness and would find it easier to enjoy myLotting.

thanks for that very elaborative comment . . yes we do have to stretch out the fact about mylot that it is a great community and lots of people could definetly benefit from it and that whatever their discussion is it would't be left as silly or they could be really heard. I wish i could stretch things out like you . . everytime you reply you really do elaborate things and i like that

Yes of course. Just now I greeted one new member. When I was new, others encouraged me. Same way I will also encourage new comers. I welcome them first, answer their questions and finally say something about mylot. This will assure the new ones that many are participating in this community and let me also be active and a sort of one ness or country cousin feeling will come to him.
