what works for you? and how did you do it?

i've been trying to lose weight since i can't remember. everytime i hear some kind of diet i try it for a few weeks but i can never really stick to it for long. i always have this urge to really eat, but i don't eat a lot though. i quit my job and now i'm just staying home. maybe you know of some diet plan i could use to loose some wait.

Why not try drinking tea ? .It worked on me, I guess?. LOL! Honestly, it's a good anti-oxidant as they say but there's always a need for you to watch what you eat. Don't skip meals and eat less. Goodluck. I guess I should start going back on that routine too?. LOL! ;)

I did weight watchers before and I lost 25 lbs in 12 weeks. You get to eat pretty much whatever you want, as long as you stay at your point limit. They also have another way to keep track but I'm not familiar with it. Their website is www.weightwatchers.com you can do it online or find a meeting near you. I plan on going back on it for good as soon as I have this baby :)
